| *CLOSURE NOTICE!* Due to my lack of interest in this website and the free, cheap design, Point World will is done. You have probably noticed that I haven't updated this site for about a year because I have taken more and more interest in photos. I am strongly thinking about starting a Cedar Point photo site where you will most likely see photos only. I know photos are something that people often like to look at during the off-season but, for this off-season, creating a photo site will be my way of keeping myself busy and bored-free. Cedar Point Amusement Park... Cedar Point is located in Sandusky, Ohio on a beautiful peninsula surounded by Lake Erie. Cedar Point has a total of 68 rides including 15 roller coasters, flat rides, family rides, and kiddy rides. Cedar Point owns four hotels, two are located on the peninsula and the other two are loacated near the begining of the causeway. There is also a marina at Cedar Point which was just recently improved for the 2000 season. Also located on the peninsula is Camper Village, an RV park. Next to Camper Village at the top of the peninsula is Lighthouse Point which was added for 2001. Lighthouse Point has cottages, cabins, and RV campsites. |
